Mentorship Program
At Ballet Co.Laboratory we believe it takes a team to train, care for and inspire a student and artist. Our Mentorship Program pairs Pre-Professional Level 3-5 students with Company Artist mentors. Mentors and Mentees enjoy monthly events/outings together. Some events occur at the studio, others are outings to see performances or lectures about dance and dancer wellness.

““The Mentorship Program has been such a great experience, not only because of the learning opportunities students have had from working with our mentors, but also because of the relationships we have been able to build with them. It has been amazing getting to know my mentor, and it is really inspiring to be able to dance alongside her in class and performances. I also appreciate that our mentors are always willing to answer any questions we have, and they have been extremely supportive of each mentee this past season. It has been wonderful to be a part of this program and I am excited to see how it grows in the years to come.” ”
