Warm-Up Exercises

It’s important for students to spend a few minutes before class warming up and getting their bodies (and minds) ready for class. Need a place to start? We’ll be sharing a new warm-up exercise every Wednesday. These will also be posted to the school website page, and a list will be posted on the school community board.
