Summer Intensives
Ages 12-22
The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory’s Summer Intensives offer Pre-Professional students 3-weeks of technique classes and repertoire. Dancers can immerse themselves in their training in a professional and welcoming environment.
INTERMEDIATE INTENSIVE | Ages 12-16
A three-week intensive, four days a week for dancers ages 12-16. Dancers should have at least 1 year of pointe experience. Every day will begin with ballet technique, followed by pointe and conditioning/Progressing Ballet Technique©. In addition to learning Corps de Ballet and partnering repertoire from Don Quixote, dancers will dive into modern as well as different dance styles such as jazz, contemporary, musical theater, character within the BCL repertoire. Repertoire will be learned and rehearsed each afternoon in preparation for the Summer Showing.

ADVANCED INTENSIVE | Ages 15-22
These three-week intensive, five days a week for pre-professional dancers (Ages 15 - 22) with at least 2.5 years of pointe experience. Every day will begin with ballet technique and pointe or conditioning/Progressing Ballet Technique©. In addition to learning ballet variations and a partnering pas de deux from Don Quixote, dancers will also dive into modern as well as different dance styles such as jazz, contemporary, musical theater, character within the BCL repertoire. Repertoire will be learned and rehearsed each afternoon in preparation for the Summer Showing.
